Step-by-Step Guide to Measuring Your Bra Size

  1. Measure Your Band Size
    • Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust.
    • Ensure the tape is parallel to the floor and take the measurement in inches.
    • If the number is even, that is your band size. If it’s odd, round up to the nearest even number.
  2. Measure Your Bust Size
    • Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it parallel to the floor.
    • Do not pull the tape too tight; it should be snug but not constricting.
  3. Calculate Your Cup Size
    • Subtract your band size from your bust measurement.
    • Use the difference to find your cup size:
      • 1 inch = A cup
      • 2 inches = B cup
      • 3 inches = C cup
      • 4 inches = D cup
      • 5 inches = DD/E cup
      • 6 inches = DDD/F cup
      • 7 inches = G cup
      • 8 inches = H cup
  4. Finalize Your Size
    • Combine your band size and cup size (e.g., 34B).
    • Remember that bra sizes can vary between brands, so always try on bras when possible.
