Instructions for a Basic Dart Paper Airplane
- Start with a standard piece of letter-size (A4) paper. Lay it flat on a table in a portrait orientation.
- Fold the paper in half lengthwise. Crease it sharply, then unfold it. This center line will be your guide.
- Fold the top two corners down. Bring them to the center crease so the top of the paper forms a point.
- Fold the new top corners to the center. Take the diagonal edges you just created and fold them to the center line again.
- Fold the plane in half. Fold it along the original center crease, so the previous folds are on the outside.
- Create the wings. Fold the top layer down, aligning the edge with the bottom of the plane. Flip it over and repeat on the other side.
- Make final adjustments. Ensure all creases are sharp and the wings are even. Your paper airplane is now ready to fly!
